OK. We won’t beat around the bush here. We are pretty picky when it comes to our vendors.

We do this because experience has shown that the more intentional the market is, the better our vendors do.

Here are a few things we take into consideration:

1. LOCATION. We love all small business, but our focus is on artists + makers in Tucson and the surrounding areas.

2. QUALITY. Artists and makers who have taken time to master their craft and take pride in the work they bring to the table are vital!

3.AESTHETICS. We look for vendors who take pride in their setup and have an aesthetic that flows well with other selected vendors.

4.COMMUNITY MINDED. We are all on the same team here, and as a Tanque Verde Market Vendor you will be in the company of some of Tucson’s best makers. We help each other. We support each other. We encourage each other.

5. ENGAGEMENT. An active Instagram account is a MUST (that is where the majority of our organic marketing is done).

6. CLEAR + CONSISTENT. We are committed to being our vendor’s biggest cheerleaders but we can’t do that well if we don’t know what or who we are cheering for. A consistent product offering and a clear message is key to helping our customers get excited about shopping with you!
