In the event you must cancel your participation, please email info@tanqueverdemarket.com to formally withdraw. Timely payment or cancellation is essential to keeping our operation running smoothly and allows us to quickly offer spots to waitlisted applicants.
If payment is not received by the due date (Sept. 5) or if you choose to withdraw, your spot will be forfeited and the booth will be offered to another applicant. Once the booth fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
If you cancel before or on the cancellation deadline, we will cancel your invoice. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline, we can not offer a refund.

We do our best to accommodate every vendors needs (electricity, shade, etc). but our vendor map is just as curated as our vendor lineup so that similar category aren’t too close to each other and there is a good market flow. Because of this, we cannot accommodate requests for specific spots or neighbors.

Choosing vendors is a tricky job and involves taking into account our artistic direction, aesthetic, and customer base as well as our vendor mix. Our most saturated categories are jewelry, apothecary, ceramics, and food.
We also look for:

We would love to be able to talk to everyone individually, but our team is small and responsible for event management and production as well.
We encourage you to read through our criteria and assess what areas might be able to be improved upon.
More often than not your acceptance status was based on the current vendor mix and the saturation of your specific category.
